Soimeme (Cake Shop with Dine-in)

Soimeme is a charming small cake shop on Okubo-dori Avenue, about a 10-minute walk from the South Exit of Nakano Station. When I visited, they offered around 6 types of fresh pastries and 6 types of baked goods. Inside, there is a small counter with about 3 dine-in seats, which seems to be quite popular.
The Basque cheesecake I tried was amazingly rich yet wonderfully delicate in flavor. I also tried their Mont Blanc, which offered a similarly gentle and refined sweetness. It is highly recommended for those who appreciate subtle, refined pastries.
